Wes Hadley
Founder & Principal Solutions Consultant at Sector Three Ops
Wes is the Founder & Principal Solutions Consultant at Sector Three Ops. He has held operations & technology leadership positions across all three sectors (public, private, nonprofit). These positions have given him a unique perspective — he understands the particular challenges nonprofit organizations face and has experience with a variety of scalable no-code technology solutions frequently leveraged by forward thinking RevOps, Sales, Recruiting and Marketing teams. He aims to put these tools to use for the greater good.
Wes is a systems thinker, process designer, and automation enthusiast. He is equally at home in the clouds and in the weeds, which helps him to seamlessly move between long-term strategic thinking and hands-on technical implementations with ease.
He holds a BS and MPA in Nonprofit Management from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University and an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
When he's not building no-code systems you can find Wes at an East Nashville coffee shop, experimenting in the kitchen (home-brewing, sausage-making, and the like), or seeking out local live music with his beloved wife and toddler (don't worry—he has ear protection).
