Mission Statement

The Trinidad and Tobago Cultural Association of Delaware (TTCAD) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing programs that promote youth development through educational support for children of Caribbean descent attending schools in Delaware, and committed to promoting mutual understanding, friendship, and cultural preservation between TTCAD, and the Delaware community.

Vision for TTCAD

Our vision is to enhance the lives of high school students of Caribbean descent accepted to a university or college by providing financial scholarships, to provide support to other non-profit organizations in Delaware and communities where the need is expressed, and to preserve the history and uniqueness of the Trinidad and Tobago culture for future generations.
